These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Fino Tints' website and SMS messaging services. By using our website, submitting a quote request, or opting into our SMS communications, you agree to these terms in full.

About Fino Tints

Fino Tints is a window tinting and residential flat glass service operated by Brayan Gonzalez, based in Carrollton, TX. We provide automotive tinting, residential flat glass solutions, and related services in Carrollton and surrounding areas.

Service Terms

Appointments & Scheduling

All appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of unforeseen circumstances and will notify you as early as possible.

Pricing

All pricing listed on our website or provided in quotes is subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed before any work begins.

Warranty

  • Carbon film — 1-year warranty covering peeling, bubbling, and discoloration under normal use
  • Ceramic film — Lifetime warranty
  • Nano Ceramic film — Lifetime warranty

Warranties are void if damage results from improper care, accidents, or modifications made after installation.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when requesting a quote or booking
  • Follow all post-installation care instructions (including the 3–5 day window cure period before rolling windows down)
  • Do not attempt to remove or alter the tint film yourself, as doing so voids the warranty

Message Delivery

Fino Tints does not guarantee that SMS messages will be delivered without delays or failures due to network outages or device compatibility issues. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fino Tints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denton County, Texas.

Changes to These Terms

Fino Tints reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
